Nosebleed Causes Most nosebleeds do not have an easily identifiable cause. However, trauma to the nose is a very common cause of nosebleeds. No hot liquids for at least 24 hours. Do not take any medications that will thin the blood for example, aspirin, ibuprofen AdvilMotrinand othersclopidogrel bisulfate Plavix or warfarin Coumadin. Do not with taking any medications without first contacting your doctor.
My INR was normal at 2. It happened again the next day while I was taking a nap and the bleeding was worse.

I had a few noses pop out and nose bleeds but I didn't think anything about it, I'd had bruises pop out before and nose bleeds, too. Until they increased the dose. I broke out in big black bruises everywhere, nose bleed with coumadin. I told my doctor he told me to reduce the dose back down.
